BoMF - 3 Years of Transformative Runs
Back on My Feet (BoMF) a nonprofit organization, dedicated to combating homelessness through the power of fitness and community support, celebrated a significant milestone on November 6, 2023, as it marked its third Anniversary in Fort Lauderdale, FL.
The BoMF team, joined by associates from BBI, came bright and early at 5:30 am and tackled their usual morning route. This event showcased the resilience and determination of the BoMF community and highlighted the transformative impact of the organization's work.
In 2023 alone, Back on My Feet welcomed 60 new members. These individuals, often facing the challenges of homelessness, found a supportive community and a path toward positive change through BoMF's initiatives.
Moreover, the organization assisted 44 individuals in securing meaningful employment, emphasizing its commitment to creating sustainable opportunities for those in need.
The collaboration with BBI has been instrumental in establishing and nurturing the Fort Lauderdale chapter of Back on My Feet. Together, they continue to make strides in empowering individuals to break the cycle of homelessness, one run at a time.
