We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a customer-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional service.
This position will be responsible for entering and tracking customer orders, updating spreadsheets, and processing customer claims. A successful candidate must show initiative, possess critical thinking skills, and have the ability to manage multiple priorities. We want Team-oriented individuals who can effectively work with others to reach our common goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Problem resolution including order management and post sales activities to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle Customer complaints and issues regarding quality, credit/ collections issues, and transportation in a professional manner.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Develop and Maintain customer and client relationships.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Copies for the Sales Team as needed.
Recipe for Success:
- Minimum High School diploma/GED
- Minimum of two (2) years performing customer support / administrative tasks in an office environment
- Strong Excel skills
- Strong communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Excellent customer support skills with a focus on problem-solving
