Company ("Company" “ we ” “us” or “our”) is a national, solution-based sales and marketing agency connecting clients with sweets manufacturers. Company provides business-to-business services to organizations and commercial customers. We do not provide services for individual, family orhousehold use.

This Privacy Policy ("Privacy Policy") describes types of personal information we collect, how that data is used, to whom it is disclosed, and how it is protected.By accessing our Site, using our services, or interacting with us, you agree tothe collection, use and processing of your information as described in this Privacy Policy. What is Personal Information?

This Privacy Policy applies to all personal information that is collected, processed, used and stored by us. We use the term “personal information” in this Privacy Policy to refer to information that identifies, relates to, describes, or is reasonably capable of being associated or linked, directly or indirectly, to you.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to aggregated and anonymized information, which is information that has been modified in a substantial way so that it no longer can reasonably be used to identify or be linked to an identifiable individual. Affiliates. We may share your personal information within our group of companies, which means our subsidiaries and our ultimate holding company and its subsidiaries.

Service Providers and Business Partners.  Weengage third-party service providers to assist with various administrative and technology support services including hosting our Sites, cloud data management and storage, contact management, e-mail marketing, payment processing, andother business operations.  For instance,we use Webflow for website hosting services and content management to provide certain functionalities for our Site. Service providers may have access to yourpersonal information to perform tasks on our behalf and are not disclose or use personal information for any other purpose. HubSpot is used for marketing automation, lead management, and website analytics and Core Centric offers operations and data synchronization services.

Data Analytics Services.  When you use our Site, we and HubSpot collect your internet usage data. We also use Google Analytics to help usunderstand how our customers use the Sites. These data analytics providers may also use the aggregated data they collect on our Site for their own purposes.  For information about restricting collection of certain Usage Information, see the section below titled “How We Use and How You Can Restrict Cookies and Internet Tracking Technologies.”

Advertisers and Social Media. Cookies used on our Site allow us and advertising networks, social media companies, and other providers to collect and share information, and place or display ads that are personalized to you on our Site,as well as on other websites, apps, services, and devices you may use. For information about restricting certain of these activities, see the section below titled “How We Use and How You Can Restrict Internet Tracking Technologies.”

LegalProcess and Security. We may disclose personal information to third parties to detect and prevent fraud, enforce our Site’s Terms of Use and other agreements, comply with legal requirements, respond to and resolve claims or complaints, and for other risk management purposes, and to respond to law enforcement or legal process or arequest for cooperation by a government entity.

Business Transactions. We may share personal information as we believe is reasonably necessary inconnection with business transactions such as a transfer or sale to another entity of all or a portion of our stock or assets or a business reorganization.

We take commercially reasonably precautions designed to protect the confidentiality and security of your personnel data and prevent alteration, corruption or access by unauthorized parties.

However, no Internet transmission or data storage is ever fully secure, and Company cannot guarantee that information transmitted via our websites or stored by us will remain confidential at all times. We will retain your personal information for a reasonable period of time. If such duration cannot be determined, the following criteria will apply to determining the appropriate retention period:

HOW WE USE AND HOW YOU CAN RESTRICT COOKIES AND INTERNET TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES

How we use Cookies.  Our Site uses cookies and other tracking technologies, such as pixels, beacons and tags (collectively, “cookies”), to collect data some of which may be identifiable to you, directly or indirectly. These technologies enable us, our service providers, and other third parties to collect and combine information about your online activities over time and across different websites and apps. HOW TO OPT OUT OF E-MAIL AND TELEMARKETING

When you submit your contact information to us, you will be authorizing us and/or authorized partners to send you marketing or promotional communications (by mail, e-mail, telephone, text message, or voicemail transmission). We may use an automatic telephone dialing system or automated system to select the telephone number and may play a recorded message when a connection is complete or transmit a pre-recorded voicemail or message. If you unsubscribe from receiving these messages, you will still receive transaction-related and other communications that are not marketing or promotional in nature. For example, we may contact you concerning any purchases you have made with us, even if you opt out of receiving unsolicited marketing messages.

GOOGLE ANALYTICS

We employ Google Analytics Demographics and Interest Reporting, which provides us with personal information such as age, gender, and interests; however, as stated above, we do not share cookie data with any third parties, nor do we combine the directly identifiable information you voluntarily submit to us with the Site usage and demographic data we collect through Google Analytics Demographics and Interest Reporting.

The Advertising Features collect specific visitor cookie data, such as the source,medium, and keyword used to visit the Site, and other information, such as how often users visit the Site, what pages they visit when they do so, and what other websites they used prior to coming to the Site. Google Analytics collectsonly the IP address assigned to you on the date you visit the Website, subject to your prior express approval where required by law. Although Google Analytics creates a cookie to identify you as a unique user the next time you visit the Site,the cookie cannot be used by anyone but Google. ADVERTISING NETWORKS

“Shine the Light” Law California residents may request a list of the types of customer information we provided to third parties for their direct marketing purposes and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we have shared such information during the past calendar year. Profiling. We do not use automated decision-making in connection with the services we offer, including profiling, in a way that produces legal effects concerning you or which significantly affects you.
