BBI Announces Key Promotions in the Accounting Team

As we step into the new year, BBI is proud to announce a series of key promotions within our accounting department. These individuals have shown outstanding dedication, expertise, and leadership, and we are thrilled to celebrate their achievements. Their new roles reflect their hard work and our commitment to fostering talent as they continue to drive our success and growth.

BBI is thrilled to announce the promotion of Stephanie Garcia to TPM Manager! Stephanie has been an integral part of the BBI team for nearly 10 years, starting her journey with us as a Junior Accountant. She quickly advanced to TPM Administrator and was later promoted to TPM Team Lead in October 2023. Throughout her career, Stephanie has managed key client accounts, playing a pivotal role in driving the team's success and organizational goals.

As a TPM Team Lead, Stephanie demonstrated strong leadership, operational expertise, and commitment to team development. Her ability to manage complex workflows, meet deadlines, and provide valuable coaching has been instrumental in achieving the team's goals.

In her new role, Stephanie will oversee the execution of trade programs, manage deductions and financial processes, support sales teams with forecasts and client data, and ensure accurate reporting and analysis. Additionally, she will focus on coaching and cross-training her team while fostering collaboration with internal teams, clients, and customers.

BBI is excited to announce the promotion of Chavelis Reyes to TPM Team Lead! Chavelis joined BBI in 2022 as a TPM Administrator, where her dedication, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence quickly set her apart. Her collaborative approach and ability to navigate complex processes have been key to streamlining account management and building strong stakeholder partnerships.

In her new role, Chavelis will support the TPM Manager by overseeing account plans and agreements while also guiding the TPM team to ensure optimal performance. Chavelis will focus on training and development, fostering collaboration, and ensuring alignment with BBI's strategic goals.

BBI is pleased to announce the promotion of Shacquille Gayle to Junior Accountant.

Since joining BBI almost a year ago as an Accounts Receivable Associate, Shacquille has demonstrated exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Her dedication to accuracy and efficiency has been vital in supporting the finance team and ensuring smooth operations.

In her new role, Shacquille will collaborate closely with the Senior Staff Accountant and finance team to support the company's accounting functions, including expense management, credit card reconciliation, journal entries, and maintaining financial records.

"Shacquille is detail-oriented, organized, and quick to learn. She's always eager to take on new challenges, and this position is a perfect fit for her. We're excited to see her continued success," shared Johanna Mejia, Accounts Receivable Manager.

BBI is excited to announce the promotion of Patricia Ascencio to Invoicing Team Lead! Patricia joined BBI in May 2023 and has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.

As an Invoicing Associate, she was responsible for processing and entering invoices and e-invoices into accounting systems, verifying quantities and pricing, and ensuring contract alignment. Her meticulous approach has greatly contributed to the team's success.

In her new role, Patricia will oversee invoicing processes, manage EDI invoices, update item pricing, and provide training and guidance to the team.
