BBI at the Southern’s 99th Annual Meeting That Took Place in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL

The Southern Association of Wholesale Distributors (known to insiders as “the Southern”) is a regional trade association representing the interests of corporations and individuals involved in the manufacturing, sales, and distribution of convenience products. 

The Southern’s Wholesale Members sell over $50 billion annually in the 14-state region (and surrounding states). They all come together once a year at the annual meeting to conduct business, attend education sessions, and network with the top manufacturers in the industry.

Our C-Store SE Sales Manager, Alex Garcia, represented our BBI C-Store in the events during the 2022 Annual meeting.

On Thursday, the show guaranteed appointments with buyers during their Ten-2-Profit event.

On Friday, Alex had the opportunity to continue conversations at their “House of Deals” event.

BBI has been on the Board of The Southern Association of Wholesale Distributors - SAWD, beginning with Robert Taylor Sr., followed by Jack Anderson, and currently, our VP C-Store SE/NW – Max Weiner sits on the board.
