BBI Vending Joined Canteen on Their Efforts to Support Breast and Ovarian Cancer Through Outreach Initiatives

This past Saturday, August 13, BBI Vending, represented by our National Account Project Manager | NE Senior Account Manager, Mike Kelley, participated in Canteen's Unite for her Northeast Division Packing Party.

Unite for Her is a nonprofit organization with the mission to bridge the gap for breast and ovarian cancer patients by funding and delivering integrative therapies for women and girls.

At the event, volunteers met at Canteen's warehouse and helped put together care packages for patients that included two books, a journal, a scarf, hand lotion, and lip balm, among other Items. Joe Benti, the Division President of Canteen Northeast, gave BBI a special thanks as they have never had a broker attend any of their philanthropy events, especially on the weekend.

Mike Kelly stated: "It was an honor to support this amazing foundation Unite for Her, especially alongside one of our largest clients, Canteen. I'm grateful for the invite and the opportunity to share with Canteen, and those attending how vital community outreach and giving back are at BBI. I will continue working with Canteen for a possible next opportunity to partner and give back to our communities."
