In-Person ECRM Sessions Unleashed New Opportunities
Our BBI Value and Special Markets teams attended the category-specific ECRM sessions held from June 4-6 in Orlando, Fl. These sessions provided an incredible platform for our teams to engage in face-to-face interactions, fostering stronger relationships and exploring new avenues for growth.
The Value team, led by Stacey Rutherford, Vice President of Family Dollar, made a powerful impact at the Easter Candy Planning session. This gathering allowed them to delve into seasonal business discussions and facilitated invaluable networking opportunities with key buyers and manufacturers. Stacey and Account Executive Brantley Taylor maximized their time by engaging in in-depth conversations about product offerings, strategic considerations, and brainstorming future programs. Their active participation reaffirms our commitment to understanding market dynamics and collaborating closely with our valued partners.
Our Special Markets team also made a resounding impression during the ECRM sessions, with Samantha Skudera, Account Executive, and Lindsay Grant, Sales Support, representing the Channel. Our SPM team attended seasonal sessions, including Halloween/Fall, Holiday (Q4), Valentine’s, Easter/Spring, and everyday ECRM sessions. These sessions allowed our team to present our clients’ seasonal offerings and discuss program opportunities for 20 minutes. Furthermore, during the Everyday ECRM, they had the chance to review core items and innovation for customers’ everyday POG reviews/resets. By engaging with industry leaders, Samantha and Lindsay played a pivotal role in fostering lasting relationships and exploring new avenues within Special Markets.
These in-person sessions gave both teams a unique platform to network, exchange ideas, gain valuable insights, and establish the groundwork for future collaborations.
