Welcome to Our New Strategic Sales Hires

BBI welcomes Jim Dye, Jeff Landon, and Craig Terry to our Strategic Sales team, bringing valuable expertise to drive client growth and success.

BBI is excited to announce the addition of three dynamic professionals to our Strategic Sales team: Jim Dye, Jeff Landon, and Craig Terry. These new hires bring a wealth of experience and fresh perspectives that will enhance our capabilities and drive growth for our clients.

Jim Dye

Jim Dye has joined us as Vice President of Value Strategy, starting on September 1st. With over 30 years in the Confection, Snack, Health, and Beauty segments, Jim has a proven track record of driving significant growth, having managed iconic brands like Trident, Dentyne, Oreo, and Chips Ahoy. 

His most recent role as Director of the Dollar General Mondelēz team saw him grow brands from $100M to $330M. Reporting directly to our CEO Robert Taylor, Jim is set to lead BBI’s Value strategy, leveraging his extensive experience to achieve long-term objectives for our clients. “Jim is an excellent addition to the BBI team, and his exceptional career combined with our current Value team is a win-win for everyone,” said Robert Taylor.

Jeff Landon

Jeff Landon joins BBI as an Account Executive for the DFW/West Texas region, bringing with him 15 years of sales and account management experience. His background includes managing over 60 active CPG clients with a focus on Albertson’s and special market retailers. Jeff’s expertise will be invaluable in supporting our clients’ growth and success in the Southwest.

Craig Terry

Craig Terry, another new Account Executive, will focus on the Austin area. With nearly 10 years of experience in the CPG industry, including roles with Lick Honest Ice Creams and key retailers like Whole Foods and HEB, Craig’s client management experience is a significant asset to our team.

Lori Davis, Director of Sales for the Southwest Retail Team, stated, “The investment and expansion of our BBI Southwest Retail team supports our long-term strategy in the region while enhancing our client’s capability to achieve further growth and sales goals.”
