It’s been an exciting year of team growth for BBI in 2024, and we are excited to welcome a fantastic group of professionals to the family! Kristeena Hidalgo, Terra Miller, John Shingleton, Leica Lenesca, and Johanna Mugaburu have joined our team, each bringing unique skills, expertise, and a fresh perspective that will help drive BBI’s continued success. Their diverse backgrounds and dedication make them perfect additions as we strive to enhance our capabilities and better serve our clients.

Kristeena Hidalgo – Sales Support Manager, Unattended Retail

Kristeena joins us from AMN HealthCare Revenue Cycle Solutions, where she excelled as a Senior Account Coordinator managing client partnerships, team training and development, and support for Account Executives.

Terra Miller – Sales Support Administrator, Special Markets

With a background in CRM management, contract proposals, and data analysis, Terra joins the team reporting to Sandra Casey. Her analytical skills will greatly benefit BBI’s clients and customers.

John Shingleton – Client Business Manager, Special Markets

John brings 16 years of experience in the consumer products industry and a proven track record of managing $14MM in annual sales. Reporting to Vincent DiBetta, John’s strategic insight will drive success within the team.

Leica Lenesca – Retail Merchandiser

Leica, a seasoned merchandiser with over 5 years of experience, joins BBI’s grocery merchandising team, reporting to Joe West. She will work on Publix and Winn Dixie stores, enhancing product visibility.

"In her role, she will call on Publix and Winn Dixie stores in a highly profiled area. Leica's 5+ years of merchandising and reset experience is a big asset to the grocery merchandising team. I'm glad to have her on my team.”

Johanna Mugaburu – TPM Administrator

Johanna joins BBI with a strong background in accounting, budget preparation, and financial accuracy. Reporting to Raquel Cedeno, her expertise will strengthen our TPM Team’s operations.
