Meet Shelby Miller, Brian Harris, and Matthew Bryan—each ready to make a meaningful impact in their new roles.
Shelby Miller
Join us in welcoming Shelby Miller to our team as an Account Executive for Special Markets, where she will be supporting Bob DeFeo, Director of Special Markets. Prior to BBI, Shelby successfully managed her own counseling business for over three years, where she honed her entrepreneurial mindset, strong professional skills, and results-driven attitude—qualities that will be invaluable in serving our clients and customers. Having been exposed to the confectionery industry throughout her life, Shelby is well-equipped to contribute to the next generation of confection sales at BBI. As a former BBI intern, Shelby gained firsthand insight into our operations and values, which, combined with her diverse background, make her a valuable addition. Bob DeFeo, Director of Special Markets, shared: "We are very excited and confident that Shelby will add value to our Special Markets team. We look forward to working with her as she develops an understanding of our unique channel."
Brian Harris
We are thrilled to welcome Brian Harris to the BBI Team as an Account Executive – Convenience Store, supporting our expansion into the Midwest Territories of Michigan, Ohio, and Indiana. His knowledge and coverage within the region will continue to exceed our clients' expectations with exceptional service. Brian has over 30 years of experience in the Convenience industry and has always been an industry leader and Top Performer in his last 26 years at Nabisco/Kraft/Mondelez. In the past 8 years managing the H. T. Hackney business, Brian developed strategic joint business plans that drove revenue growth of over 60% across confections, sweet snacks, and salty snack categories. “With his knowledge, experience, and leadership, we could not have found a better fit for BBI for our newest expansion.” – Chad Stocton
Matthew Bryan
We are pleased to introduce Matthew as BBI’s new Sales Manager for Retail SW. With over nine years of CPG industry experience, Matthew has a proven track record of driving sales growth and building strong client relationships with major retailers like 7-Eleven and Circle K. In his new role, he will lead the retail sales team across the Southwest and Gulf States, develop training programs to enhance team performance and implement Salesforce.com to improve efficiency and consistency. By taking ownership of tactical execution in the region, Matthew’s leadership will enable Lori Davis to focus on strategic initiatives, contributing to BBI’s continued growth and success. “We are thrilled to have Matthew Bryan join our Retail Southwest team.
