Account Executive
We are thrilled to announce that Brandi Thomas has joined BBI as an Account Executive for Convenience Stores covering Kentucky and Ohio. Brandi started on March 10th and reports to Chad Stocton.
Brandi has over a decade of extensive experience in sales and marketing, having worked with major convenience store chains and retailers over the course of her impressive career. Most recently, she was a Business Account Manager, where she led strategic planning, managed key accounts, and collaborated closely with cross-functional teams to drive growth.
Her career also includes leadership roles where she developed and executed innovative strategies, expanded product offerings, and successfully managed high-performing teams. With a strong background in fostering client relationships and driving results, Brandi is set to bring tremendous value to BBI.

Category Manager
We’re pleased to welcome Brett Weismann, who joined us as Category Manager for the Analytics team on March 10th. Reporting to Jennifer Conetta, Brett has over a decade of experience in client relationship management, team leadership, and business analytics, as well as a bachelor’s degree from the University of North Florida’s Coggin College of Business (AACSB Accredited), making him a fantastic addition to our team.
Most recently, Brett served as a Senior Retail Intelligence Analyst and Client Manager, where he led a team of over 10 analysts and oversaw 35+ client accounts. His ability to create custom, user-friendly dashboards, mentor team members, and deliver tailored solutions to clients has been instrumental in driving success throughout his career.
Brett’s strong track record in developing innovative solutions, optimizing data-driven strategies, and fostering collaborative teams will undoubtedly strengthen our efforts in analytics and decision-making. Let’s all give Brett a warm welcome as he begins this exciting new chapter with BBI!

Category Manger
We are happy to share that Elaine Burke will be joining BBI as a Category Manager – Grocery (Florida) on March 24th. Reporting to Laura Holland, Elaine brings years of expertise in category management, mentorship, and data-driven insights, making her a valuable addition to our team.
Elaine has had a remarkable career, during which she held several senior roles, including Natural Specialty Senior Category Manager. She has successfully guided teams, utilized her industry knowledge, and leveraged tools like IRI, Nielsen, SPINS, and more to deliver impactful solutions for clients and customers. Her experience spans diverse categories, from fresh and specialty foods to better-for-you and organic products, and she has collaborated with renowned retailers, including Publix, Whole Foods, and Sprouts.
With Elaine's proven track record of driving results and fostering team development, we know she’ll make significant contributions in her new role. We are excited to have Elaine on board and can't wait to see her impact as part of the BBI family!

E-Commerce Specialist
We are excited to announce that Audrey Yoder has joined BBI as an E-Commerce Specialist for Special Markets on March 10th, reporting to Alyssa Ruggieri. Audrey brings a wealth of experience in e-commerce, having successfully managed major accounts and led impactful projects at APEX Tool Group, SFX Sleep, and Heed Foods.
Audrey’s experience includes optimizing product listings, driving sales growth, and mentoring team members to achieve outstanding results. She has also demonstrated exceptional leadership by training and mentoring colleagues to achieve their goals.

We’re proud to announce that Michelle Capelle will be joining BBI as an Account Executive on the Telesales team on March 24th. Reporting to Tammy Whittemore in the Appleton, WI office, Michelle brings a strong background in customer service, sales, and relationship building.
Michelle’s most recent role was with CAP Services Inc., where she managed an Early Head Start classroom, fostering the development of young children through engaging and age-appropriate activities. Prior to that, she worked at L. Frances Caramel Company, building strong customer relationships, managing orders with accuracy, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Her extensive experience also includes roles in customer-focused environments such as Community First Credit Union and Associated Bank.
With her dedication to building relationships, attention to detail, and adaptability, Michelle will have a meaningful impact in her new role. Let’s give her a warm welcome as she joins the BBI team!

Account Executive
We’re pleased to share that Anne Yao will be joining BBI as an Account Executive on the Telesales team on March 24th. Anne reports to Tammy Whittemore in the Appleton, WI office and has a strong background in inside sales and customer relationship management.
Anne’s most recent role was at Rocket Industrial, where she excelled as an Inside Sales Representative. She was responsible for following up on leads, managing vendor and warehouse orders, and providing tailored quotes and solutions for customers. Her ability to assess needs and ensure optimal outcomes speaks to her dedication to client satisfaction.
Previously, Anne held a similar role at Sunset Hill Stoneware, where she honed her customer outreach and product expertise skills. With her proven ability to build loyalty and long-term relationships, Anne is set to be a valuable addition to the Telesales team.

Payroll & Benefits Specialist
We are pleased to announce that Iris Villegas has joined BBI as our new Payroll & Benefits Specialist! Reporting to Sara Costafreda, Iris brings over 20 years of extensive background in payroll processing, benefits administration, and human resources, with deep expertise in payroll compliance, tax setup, benefits enrollment, employee relations, and HR policies.
With experience spanning multiple industries and companies, Iris has successfully managed full-cycle payroll, 401(k) contributions and audits, payroll reconciliations, tax reporting, and employee benefits programs. She has also played a key role in onboarding, recruiting, leave administration (FMLA, ADA, WC), and HR compliance. Her ability to optimize payroll systems and streamline benefits administration will be a tremendous asset to our team.
