Candyce Freeny – Customer Service Representative

Candyce will be based in the Hollywood office, where she will report to Osmel Hernandez. She brings years of experience as an Operations Supervisor and Customer Service Representative. Her strengths in team leadership, time management, and process optimization—combined with her problem-solving abilities—position her to deliver exceptional service to our clients.

Edileidis Alfonso – TMP Administrator

Edileidis will also join the Hollywood office team, reporting to Raquel Cedeno. She comes to BBI with extensive experience in administration, organization, and customer service. Her ability to manage high-pressure environments and bilingual communication skills make her an excellent fit for the TMP department.

Giancarlo Blanco – Customer Service Representative

Joining the Hollywood office, Giancarlo will report to Krista Calvert. With 19 years of experience in customer service, Giancarlo has a proven ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences, meet performance targets, and leverage digital tools effectively. His expertise will undoubtedly contribute to BBI’s ongoing success.

Joelina Rosa – TMP Administrator

Joelina will be joining the Hollywood office team, reporting to Raquel Cedeno. She brings a wealth of knowledge in bilingual customer service, sales, retention, claims adjustment, and administrative support. Her organizational skills and attention to detail make her an invaluable asset to the TMP department.
