Strengthening Our Corporate Team with New Strategic Hires

BBI is pleased to introduce three new members to our Strategic Corporate team: Amy Torrijos, Christina Jackson, and Ricky Dorval. Their diverse expertise and leadership will play a crucial role in supporting our ongoing growth and innovation.

Amy Torrijos

Amy Torrijos rejoins BBI as Vice President of Human Resources, a role she previously held from 2019-2022. With over 25 years of HR experience across various industries, Amy brings a deep understanding of strategic HR practices and employee relations. Reporting directly to Pat Grant, President of BBI, Amy will be instrumental in managing our human capital as we continue to grow. Pat Grant commented, “We are lucky to have Amy. She was instrumental in managing our human capital during the pandemic, and we value the deep relationships she has fostered with our associates.”

Christina Jackson

Christina Jackson has been hired as our Director of Marketing and Communications, reporting to John Seeberger, Vice President of Marketing and Distribution. Christina brings over 20 years of experience in key Marketing and Sales roles, most recently serving as Senior Marketing Manager for North America with Koozie Group. Her expertise in strategic planning, client relations, and omnichannel communications will enhance BBI’s marketing efforts. “The team is excited to have Christina join the BBI family. Her proven record in leading strategic marketing initiatives across trade channels positions her as an asset to the sales agency’s diverse client base and growth,” said Pat Grant.

Ricky Dorval

Ricky Dorval joins us as Payroll Manager, bringing over 8 years of payroll management experience. Prior to joining BBI, Ricky was the Payroll Administrator at the Law Offices of Kanner and Pintaluga, where he oversaw the complete payroll processing cycle. His expertise will be crucial in strengthening our department’s processes, compliance, and productivity. Ricky will report to Sara Costafreda, Controller, who praised his impact on the team.
