Invoicing Associate
Carmen Rivas joined us on February 10, 2025, as our new Invoicing Associate, reporting to Rosa Capeles, Invoicing & Collections Manager.
Carmen brings extensive experience in customer relationship management, technical operations, and service excellence from her roles at Tory Burch and Telefónica del Perú. Her expertise in CRM software, process optimization, and customer engagement will be invaluable to BBI's invoicing operations. Carmen's dedication to efficiency and excellence makes her a strong addition to the team.

Customer Service Representative
Saray joined BBI on February 24, 2025, as a Customer Service Representative for the Unattended Retail Northeast Team, reporting to Krista Harper, Customer Service Manager.
Saray brings valuable experience in customer service, order processing, and administrative support from her previous roles at Hunter Amenities and Preferred Freezers. She has a proven ability to manage large orders, resolve customer concerns, and optimize processes, making her a strong addition to BBI's customer service team.

Customer Service Representative
Carolina joined BBI on February 24, 2025, as a Customer Service Representative for the Special Markets team, reporting to Krista Harper, Customer Service Manager.
Carolina's background in customer service, inventory management, and data entry makes her a versatile addition to the team. Previously a Veterinary Technician at the Animal Recreation and Rehabilitation Center, she managed appointments, patient records, and client relations, showcasing her ability to handle complex tasks with precision and care. Her problem-solving skills and commitment to efficiency will greatly benefit our customer service team.
